These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation, if negotiations fail
3. Arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
4. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction
